Blondes Recommended Retouch
All Over 4-6 Weeks
Highlight 6-8 Weeks
Balayage 12-14 Weeks
Wait 48 hours to shampoo your hair, use dry shampoo if needed. Use purple shampoo one time per week, increase to 2 times per week as needed. Allow it to sit for 5-7 minutes before rinsing. To avoid chlorine green, wet hair prior to swimming and apply conditioner to create a barrier for your hair.
Color
Retouch every 4-6 Weeks
Use a color preserving Shampoo and Conditioner

Keratin
Only use sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner. Allow 48 hours before shampooing unless instructed otherwise.
Service Satisfaction
I want you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with any of your services please contact me within 7 days of the original service. I am happy to make any adjustments needed to achieve the desired hairstyle and/or color that was discussed during consultation
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best service all guests, cancellation and no show policies are as follows:

*All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation to allow me to fill the appointment time.
*Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will require a $25 fee. If any no call/no show occurs, 50% of the missed appointment service price, will be required in order to book another appointment.

*If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time or later, I may have to alter your service (i.e. no blow dry, cut ect.) or reschedule.
